BeenThere is an idea I constructed during my time in Liftoff. Me and a team of three others helped bring the concept to life using Google Maps API. It is essentialy a travel journal application where users can log into their own personal maps, search for locations, and drop pins on the places they have visisted.
This is one of the first html/css blogs I made as a developer. I wanted to create a blog page where I could document black travelers and expats' experiences in places where black people are underrepresnted. One of the coolest features of this blog is the golden watch emblem on the top of the page. It functions as an actual clock and I built it from scratch using html, css, and JavaScript code.
